Nepacs is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website.
Changing the text size
You can change the text size of this website to suit your needs.
You can do this using your browser settings to change the text size for all the websites that you visit. The technique for doing this is slightly different depending on the browser that you use.
You can also zoom in to make the text and images on a web page bigger. You can use the 'View' menu in your browser, or you can press 'Ctrl' and '+' or 'Ctrl' and '-' on the keyboard.
Screen magnifiers let you look at small areas of the screen at a much bigger size. There are magnifiers built in to your computer. Go to your computer’s settings. You can also download other magnification programmes to install on your computer, which often have more features.
Changing colours and fonts
You can change the text, colour of web pages to increase or decrease the contrast, or to invert the colours.
You can also make the font size on web pages bigger.
You can do this through settings in your browser (eg Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer). Sometimes you need to install 'extensions' or 'add ons' for your browser.
Alternative text and written descriptions
We make every effort to use alternative text and written descriptions throughout our site to improve accessibility. If you come across an image, link or button which is missing alternative text please report it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Acronyms and abbreviations
Wherever possible we avoid the use of acronyms and abbreviations. Where they are used we endeavour to ensure that a full explanation is available on the page.
