Visitors Voice survey 2020 - Tell us what you think!

  • News

Have you visited a north east prison recently (including HMP Durham, Deerbolt, Frankland, Holme House, Kirklevington Grange, Low Newton and Northumberland)?

We want to hear your views on the services you receive during your visit and the support you have received from Nepacs or the prison.

Please take a few minutes to complete our annual survey, out now!

You can complete the survey HERE or ask in the visitors' centre during your next visit, and our staff will be on hand to offer help.

Our vision is to make a real difference for prisoners, and their families and friends, in the north east. We are committed to providing high quality services, and are constantly developing the services we provide for families and friends of prisoners. We welcome your input because your opinion of our services is important to us.

It is only by listening to the views of our service users, staff and volunteers that we can respond and work together to make improvements.

There are a number of other ways that you, our service users, can get involved and have your say.

Ask in the visitors' centre about your local Visitors' Voice group, sign up to our e-newsletter so that you are notified of upcoming events or sign up to become a member of Nepacs.

Also, don't forget to book your place on our annual Visitors' Voice event - taking place on 12 March 2020 from 10am to 3pm at Bowburn Community Centre. Tel: 0191 332 3810 or email

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate and value your involvement.
