Prison Visiting Times:
13.45pm to 15.45pm. No visits on Monday and Friday. All visits MUST be pre-booked.
Visitor Centre Times:
Open from 12.30pm till 16.30pm Tuesday to Sunday

Visits to be booked 24 hours in advance and can be booked 3 weeks ahead
PVO's are valid for one month but cannot be used on weekends
Booking clerk will give a booking number which represents place in queue.  
ID required for all visitors including children - photo ID preferred or 2 bank statement/utility bills etc with name and address on

Visitors can take in:

• £15.00 coins per adult
• Prescribed medication

Babies / toddlers:

• Empty bottle / spoon / dummy / bib / baby grow
• Nappies / baby wipes available in visits room
• Baby milk / baby food can be purchased at NEPACS visits room tea bar
• No pushchairs / car seats allowed - baby relax and high chairs available in visits hall - limited pushchair locks available in visitors' centre
• Play area (parent / carer responsible for children) supervised weekends and school holidays
